  • WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    We get it—sometimes it’s just not a match. While we don’t offer exchanges right now, we do accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of fulfillment. To keep it real (and really good), here’s what makes an item returnable: It hasn’t been worn or washed The original hang tag is still attached It hasn’t been altered or customized in any way It is completely fragrance and scent-free (no perfumes, detergent scents, etc.) Please note: Once an item has been altered, worn, or comes back smelling like anything other than clean cotton, it’s yours for keeps. Additionally, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We’re a small but mighty collective, so honoring these guidelines helps us keep creating magic you can wear. Thanks for shopping with care and love. To start a return, email us at thereallygoodcollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there.
  • HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    We package each order with care—yes, by real humans (really good ones). Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks during busy seasons or for specialty releases. You'll get a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your goodies are on the move. Need something sooner? Expedited shipping may be available.   • ARE HOLIDAY OR LIMITED EDITION DROPS RETURNABLE?
    Nope. All limited edition and seasonal items are final sale—which means they’re yours to keep, love, and hopefully wear on repeat.
  • MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT…
    We know how frustrating that is! First, check with your neighbors and confirm your shipping address. Then: Contact USPS or the carrier listed in your tracking link. Email us within 3 days of the marked delivery date at thereallygoodcollective@gmail.com. Include your order number and a quick summary of what’s going on. We’ll file a claim on your behalf and, if approved, we’ll send a replacement. Please note: we’re unable to issue refunds or store credit for orders marked as delivered but suspected as stolen.
  • WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
    We’re so sorry that happened! If your order shows up damaged, email us at hello@thereallygoodcollective.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include: Your full name and order number Clear photos of the damaged item Photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged as well Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have tags to be eligible for replacement. Once we verify the damage, we’ll work on making it right.
