We get it—sometimes it’s just not a match. While we don’t offer exchanges right now, we do accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of fulfillment. 

To keep it real (and really good), here’s what makes an item returnable:

• It hasn’t been worn or washed

• The original hang tag is still attached

• It hasn’t been altered or customized in any way

• It is completely fragrance and scent-free (no perfumes, detergent scents, etc.)

Please note: Once an item has been altered, worn, or comes back smelling like anything other than clean cotton, it’s yours for keeps. Additionally, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

We offer free local pick-up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for all our DFW fam. Pick-up orders are packed with the same love as online orders—so no, they’re not processed faster, but they are always free.
